Delete your account
You can ask DriveWise Zim to delete your account from the app or from this page. You do not need the app installed to use this page.
What we delete
- Your login and the email address on the account
- Your display name and profile photo
- Study progress, bookmarks, mock tests, streaks, and reminder settings
We do this within 30 days of a confirmed request.
What we keep
- Payment records we need for accounting and fraud checks. We stop using them for study features.
- Google Play purchase records, which stay with Google. Deleting your DriveWise Zim account does not cancel a Play subscription.
Request deletion
Use the email on your DriveWise Zim account. We email that address before deleting it.
